Tracy, Mark, and Stacy,
I am so sorry to know your mom has left you so suddenly. Please know that I deeply share in your pain. My heart is broken for all of you.

After she retired we would text each other every morning. I think we secretly wanted to see who could get up the earliest! LOL. She would always be up well before me and my text response would be “good golly, that’s the middle of the night!” I’m not so sure she ever slept well after your dad passed away just 16 months ago. We would continue sending text messages to each other in the wee hours of the morning until the sun came up and we both decided we better get busy with daily chores and what not. And every evening we played Word Games on our IPAD’s. She loved that IPAD and it helped to take her mind off of the lonely times she felt so often. After our Word Games I’d text “goodnight” and she would respond “goodnight, sleep tight”. Our last game remains unfinished. No one had any idea that on Monday morning the angels would come and take her into heaven. The “Forever Sleep”, so terribly painful to those she’s left behind. But just imagine her world in heaven! I’m certain it’s beautiful there. She’s with your dad, her little brother and her mom, what a special reunion for all of them! I’ll miss her so much and I know you will too. I wish you all peace and comfort during this incredibly said time. I love you all.

Love Aunt Peggy
