I don't remember when Mark and I met. I know we knew each other for a long time through school, 4-H, etc. He was an amazingly nice man. At the last reunion, he mentioned that he was going through some hard times. I'm so sorry to hear of his illness and the loss of his kind and smiling face. I send big hugs to his family and send my sincere condolences.

Many find memories of mark from 4-H and then from University 4-H and SDSU. May he find peace and no longer suffer, he will be missed.

Met Mark, at SD State 4-H Conferance in Brooking, age 14. Was in University 4-H and 1986 Hobo Day Committe!!!! I will never forget our SDSU Graduation, I had received my Deploma was walking back to my chair, when step out and gave me the biggest hug and said "We made it"!!! I could tell many more, but that might have to wait for the Ranch!!
