IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Aaron Eugene
Pfarr
July 7, 1983 – July 27, 2011
Aaron E. Pfarr, 28, Deadwood, won his courageous battle with cancer and is now reaping the ultimate reward of heaven on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at the Lead Deadwood Community Hospital. He was brave and valiant to the end.
Aaron was born July 7, 1983 at Deadwood, SD, to Randy and Joyce (Barker) Pfarr. He graduated from Lead High School and attended Western Dakota Vo Tech where he received his welding certification in 2003. Aaron worked at a welding shop in Gillette until moving to Denver in 2005 where he worked in construction as a welder. He moved home in 2009 to receive treatment and care.
Aaron loved the outdoors where he could hunt and enjoy fishing with his Grandpa. He liked eating out, especially pie, and going for long rides. He touched many lives and was a gentle soul and a friend to many.
Survivors include his parents, Randy and Joyce Pfarr, Deadwood; sister,
Adrian (Joshua) Ness, Sioux Falls; Grandpa Eugene Pfarr, St. Onge; aunts and uncles, Allan and Nancy Pfarr, Spearfish, Robert and Andi Pfarr, Spearfish, Roger and Tami Barker, Sturgis, Barb (Barker) and Larry Woodard, Lodi, CA, Jerry and Annie Barker, Wheatland, WY, and Carol Barker, Newcastle, WY; numerous cousins; and his loyal dog, Spike.
The family will have a celebratory picnic in Aaron's honor sometime in September.
