Abby was born June 14, 1999 in Aberdeen, SD. She spent the majority of her childhood in Sturgis and resided in Hill City at the time of her death.
Abby will be fondly remembered and missed as God blessed her with an incredible sense of humor, beautiful voice, outstanding personality, loyal friendship, and love for her families: Cooper, Norder and Du Bois. Abby loved spending time with her siblings, her aunt and uncle, eating banana Laffy Taffy, watching Degrassi, dreaming about Taylor Lautner, being active in Camp Friendship, and being a Hill City Ranger.
Abby had many struggles within her short time here on earth and fought bravely to overcome her obstacles. We give thanks to the wonderful community of Hill City, her teachers and classmates who encouraged her and stood beside her, her counselors, and her friends at the Little White Church and 1st UMC of Rapid City; as many have shown unconditional love to Abby and our family.
Abby was preceded in death by her Father, Ronald Cooper, and her very special grandmother, Alice Cooper.
Those left to cherish her memories are her siblings, nephews, parents, aunt & uncle, many cousins, and family friends; and close friends and many others who loved and supported her and whom she spoke of often.
