Allen was born on December 28, 1960, in Mobridge, SD, to Homer and Edna (Klingman) Barker.

Allen was raised in Sturgis and worked in the oil fields most of his life.

Allen Dean Barker, passed away in Sheridan, WY, on February 20, 2019.

Survivors are his two sons; brothers, Jerry and Roger; sisters, Barb and Joyce; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister, three nephews, and one niece.

There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
