Alvina was born August 26, 1954, in Dalton, NE. She graduated from high school in Ephrata, WA, in 1972. Alvina married Hershal D. Rogers in July of 1973 at Scottsbluff, NE. They divorced in 1993.

Alvina belonged to the Black Hills Christian Motorcycle Association. CMA was very dear to her and she held several positions in her service with them. She was a member of the Black Hills Fellowship Church, always helping others and doing the Lord's work. Alvina was always ready to ride with her purple motorcycle, and her purple clothes, for the Lord or just for fun. She enjoyed meeting up with other riders and having fellowship.

Alvina was always there for her family and friends, and wanted to spend time with her kids and grandkids, and was so happy about her great-grandkids. She will be missed by everyone that knew her.
