Arlet Trewhella, age 71 of Deadwood SD, passed away on October 28, 2026, in Sturgis SD.

She was born on November 16, 1954, in Deadwood SD to Archie, and Helen Meyer. She was married to William Trewhella.

She always loved to stop and talk to the cows and the wildlife wherever she went. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband her daughter April, her sister Elaine Ebbert, her brother Harold Meyer and her son-in-law Ray Chase.

She is survived by her sister Connie Sarsent, her daughters Michelle, and Misty Trewhella, her son Randy (Marcy) Trewhella, her grandchildren Ashton Arlet Dayton (Christian), Taylor (Aurora) Chase, Haley Trewhella, Madeline Trewhella, great grandchildren Kaiden Dayton and Collin Dayton.
