Obituary
A.W. "Art" Jones passed away on Dec. 14, 2013, in Madison, Wisconsin. He was born in Sturgis, S.D., on July 23, 1921, the son of Albert Earl Jones and Florence Bower Jones, who were homesteaders. He served in the armed forces during World War II, and attended college in Rapid City.
He served in the US Coast Guard and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
