Rapid City - Barbara Elizabeth Blair, 82, Rapid City, SD, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Yockey and Sandra Crawford; a son, Michael Blair; seven grandchildren; and fourteen great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Black Hills Funeral Home in Sturgis, SD.
