Barbara Rugg (Celander), 73, passed away Friday, August 23, 2019 at Rapid City Regional Hospital.
In loving memory of Barbara Rugg we are announcing a service and celebration of her life on Saturday September 7, 2019. The service will be held at Bear Butte Cemetery at 11:00 AM.
Barbara was departed by her spouse George Keith Rugg. She is survived by her children, Anita (Rugg) Nesiba, Denise (Rugg) Ratzak, James Rugg and daughter-in-law Cheri (Rugg) FourBear; grandsons, Brandon (Gabi) Nesiba, Nathaniel Nesiba, and Devin Ratzak; and granddaughters, Alia Rugg and Alice Rugg.
