Rapid City - Barbara A Swanson, 87, Rapid City, SD, died Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Golden Living Center - Prairie Hills. Survivors include a daughter, Sarah Swanson; three granddaughters; nine great-grandchildren; and a brother, James Wilson. She is preceded in death by her son, David Swanson. Memorial services will be held Monday, December 30, 2013 at 11:00 am, with visitation one hour before, at Knollwood Heights United Methodist Church, Rapid City, SD with Pastor Sharla McCaskell officiating. Memorial donations can be made to Humane Society of the Black Hills.
