Obituary

It is with saddened hearts that we share the passing of our beloved mother, Betty Louise Bryant, on Saturday January 17, 2015.

She leaves to join her family and friends who have gone before her.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Betty's life at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at the Crawford Funeral Chapel in Watertown.

Rev. Gary Westgard will officiate.

Music will be provided by A.J. Sherrill as organist with Amber Bryant as soloist.

Visitation will be held prior to services at the chapel. Burial will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Watertown.

She was a lifetime resident of Watertown, SD, until medical needs required a move to Rapid city, SD, to be near her son, Glenn, as he watched over her care until the end.

She was a talented floral designer at Nichol Floral & Gifts, a smiling personality in the produce department of County Fair and a gardener extraordinaire at Sioux Valley Greenhouses in Watertown.

She was the wife of Edward; mother to Glenn Bryant of Rapid City, Danele (Herb) Peterson of Springfield, MO, Myron (Debbie) Bryant of Pierre, SD; and grandmother to Jerry (Renee), Matt (Kim), Toby (Amber), Michael and Tyler (Megan).

She was also great-grandmother to Anisa, Jasmine, Tevon, Dessa, Autumn, Hadley, Macy and Boston.

She was preceded in death by her husband Ed; one daughter, Ferne; her parents, Ole and Louise Johnson; and one brother, Gary L. Johnson.

She is undoubtedly rejoicing in reuniting with all those special friends who enriched her life.

In lieu of flowers, Betty would be honored to have memorials given in her name to Watertown Town Players at 5 S. Maple St., Watertown, SD

57201.
