Betty Lou Hayworth lost her battle with cancer on September 11, 2017 at Deadwood Regional Hospital in Deadwood, South Dakota.

She was born on May 21, 1939 in Sundance Wyoming, to Leil (Pete) and Ada (Cushman) Hayworth.

Betty is survived by her daughters: Bonnie Huseby Tietsort, McMinnville OR, Brenda (Mike) Grusing, Wright, WY, and Becky Zerbst, Belle Fourche, SD; six grandsons, one granddaughter, four great grandsons and one great granddaughter; brother,  Leil (Bonita) Hayworth Jr., Spearfish, SD; and numerous cousins.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leil (Pete) and Ada (Cushman) Hayworth.
