Obituary

Betty was born to Marion and Gladys Gould. She grew up at Boles Canyon, SD with her 13 brothers and sisters.
After SD they moved to Newcastle, WY to run a little grocery store. Times may have been tight but the children had food, shelter and love.
Betty was married in August of 1957, they moved to Northern California for a brief time and then settled down in Newcastle. They adopted a baby in March of 1968.
Betty became a bookkeeper at Johnston Fuel Liners and Dixon Brother's Trucking.
She took up painting in her 50's and found that to be an enjoyable pastime. She loved visiting Deadwood on Sunday mornings, especially First Gold and was often called her daughter on Sunday night to tell of her winnings as she was pretty lucky there.
Betty was a wonderful example of a gracious woman. She was friendly to all she met and had an uncanny sense of humor.
Betty was proceeded in death by her parents, 7 brothers and sisters and other friends and relatives.
She is survived by her husband,, her daughter, and two granddaughters.
