Billy Rae Powers passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 22, 2019. He is survived by his wife Susan, and two sons, Drew and Zachary Powers.
Billy was a man who knew the definition of hard work. He was the definition of hard work. There was no man who could love as greatly as he. Bill was the father of two young, college students, Drew and Zach, whom he could not have been prouder of. He loved his wife more than life itself. He was a man who would give anything to make his family happy. He was loved by many, and respected by more. He was honorable, kind, worldly, and the greatest father a boy could dream to have. Before he left this world, he imparted wisdom, experiences, and good morals on those he met. He made a difference in this world.
Bill managed to help give his children a childhood he never could have imagined. He was an integral part of his children's lives from the day they were born. Bill and his boys had many adventures. Everything they did was turned into an adventure, no matter how big or small. Bill was a master carpenter who made two young apprentices out of his boys while imparting a work ethic that would help them for the rest of their lives.
Bill leaves behind his wife and two sons who will love and miss him forever.
