IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bruce Raymond
Garner
December 14, 1941 – March 6, 2017
Born in Grand Rapids, MN, on December 14, 1941, to Leo and Esther (Makinen) Garner. Bruce graduated from Grand Rapids High School in 1960. Enrolled in the US Army from 1964-66. Bruce married Jan Marshall in 1968. He worked at Blandin Paper Co. and went into his own Construction Business and retired from the Badlands National Parks in South Dakota.
Bruce loved the Black Hills. He would go prospecting with his friend Chuck, but we suspect there was more visiting and storytelling than panning, as not much gold came home. Bruce was an avid hunter for most of his life. He loved God, family and friends.
