Obituary

Bryan was born January 6, 1963, in Price, Utah, to Katherine (Causer) McMahon and Ray Hunter. He grew up in Flagstaff, Arizona, with his mother and step-father, Gerald McMahon, now deceased.

He graduated from high school in Flagstaff. He went to technical school in Phoenix and received a degree in heating and air-conditioning.

Bryan spent several years working in his family's pawn shop in Flagstaff. There he grew to have a great appreciation of Native American art. Later, he worked for various electronic companies for a number of years.

In Flagstaff, he met Jane Ramey and they were married in Nemo, SD, on June 16, 2001. They have lived in the Black Hills for the last 10 years.

Bryan Ray McMahon, 54, passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017. After years of operations and debilitating pain, Bryan chose to go to the Lord.

He leaves behind his wife, Ellen Jane McMahon; his mother; his father; two sisters; three brothers; and other extended family and friends.

Bryan loved music of all kinds, bird watching, and star gazing. He will best be remembered for being able to fix anything that plugged into the wall.
