Carl Forbes Haynes, 76, Piedmont, died Friday January 20, 2012 at the Golden Living Center Prairie Hills in Rapid City.

Committal services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis with military honors by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard and officiated by Pastor Howie Baird.

Friends may gather at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis prior to leaving for the cemetery.

Carl served in the Air Force from 1954 until 1957.

Survivors include his wife Juanita Haynes, Piedmont; two sisters, Jessie Morlan, Roundup, MT, Frances Dennison, Central City, IA; brother, Richard Haynes, Sabula, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Eva Haynes, one sister Mary Phillips Jorgenson.

A memorial has been established to the American Heart Association.
