Carol L. Larson, 65, Belle Fourche, passed away Monday, October 15, 2012, surrounded by her loved ones at her home.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Black Hills Gospel Assembly Church in Belle Fourche with Pastor Kenny Riley officiating. Visitation will be held Friday, October 19, 2012 from noon to 8:00 p.m. at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis and one hour prior to service time at the church. Interment will follow at Pine Slope Cemetery in Belle Fourche.

Carol was born October 23, 1946, at Denver, CO, to Carl and Dorothy (Case) McQueen. She married James Larson on March 28, 1966, in Denver.

Carol is survived by her six daughters, Denise (Bobby) Whitson, Oklahoma, Dorothy (Hank) Engelhaupt, Sundance, WY, Darlena Phillips, Oklahoma, Carla (Kacee) Spaulding, Karen (Donnie) Kurzenberger, Debra Tillman, and one son, Rustin Larson, all of Belle Fourche; nineteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; brothers, Robert McQueen and Roger McQueen, both of Belle Fourche; and one sister, Barbara Nichols, Carlin, NV.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Larson; her parents, Carl and Dorothy; granddaughter, Kaitlyn; and great-granddaughter, Mollie.
