WHITEWOOD - Carolina Fern (Brown) Roberts, 82, Whitewood, died Tuesday, May 6, 2008, in Spearfish.
Survivors include her husband, Mick Roberts, Whitewood; one brother, Fredrick Fonck, Sturgis; and a stepson, Jay L. Roberts, Deadwood.She was preceded in death by her first husband, Raymond.

Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 8, and for one hour before services at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, May 9, at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Steve Agan officiating. Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. A memorial has been established to Hospice of the Northern Hills.
