Charles Garland Faison, 74, Rapid City, SD, passed away at his home on October 23, 2013.
Charles was born in North Carolina to Vernon G. and Mary Dell (Rudd) Faison. He served in the US Air Force during Vietnam and is inurned at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
