Charles James "Jim" Clarke, 83 years old, died Monday, February 15, 2016, at the VA Healthcare, Fort Meade.

He was born to Charles Edward and Juanita M. (Little) Clarke on April 4, 1932, at Ingalls, Michigan.

He is survived by his two sisters, Marguerite Kelly of Sturgis, SD, and Joannie Miles of Cornell, MI; as well as five nieces and two nephews.

Jim served in the US Coast Guard, was a member of the electrician's union, and was also a musician and entertainer.

Inurnment of the cremains will be at Black Hills National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m. Friday, February 19, 2016, with participants meeting at Kinkade Funeral Chapel around 2:00 p.m. Reverend Bunker Hill Officiating.
