STURGIS | Clarence "Whip" Whipple, 80, died Jan. 31, 2017.
Whip was born in Wyoming to Frank Willis and Barbara Jean (Morehead) Whipple on April 17, 1936. He served in the U.S. Navy.during the Korean War.
Services were at 10:30 a.m. March 13, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
