Whittier, CA - Clifford C. Fenner was born July 23, 1920 at Dalzell, SD, to Jacob and Iris (Dalzell) Fenner. He passed away January 19, 2010, in Whittier, CA. He attended high school in Wasta, SD, and later joined the Navy and served on a P. T. boat during WWII.

Following his discharge in 1945, he married Patricia Swanson in California where they spent their married life. One son, Tory Clay, was born to this union.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patty, in 1991 and his son, Tory, in 2009.

He was married to his present wife, Eva, in 1992 and she survives him. Other survivors include his daughter-in-law, Claudia; and two sisters, Lila Sorenson of Deadwood and Rosalie Simons of Sturgis.

Services were held in Whittier on Jan. 23, 2010.
