Constantino Rodriguez Torres, 96, died December 21m 2017 at the State Veterans Home, Hot Springs, SD.

Constantino was born in Puerto Rico, May 26, 1921, to Evaristo Masas and Ramona Rodriguez (Cadiz) Torres. He served in the US Army during World War II and is buried at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
