Dale Martin Bryant was born May 31, 1956, to Leach and Edna (Farnsworth) Bryant. Dale graduated from Sturgis High School in 1975. He served in the U. S. Marine Corp from 1975 until his honorable discharge in 1978. Upon his release from the marines, he became a heavy equipment operator for many years and worked at many different jobs around the area. When Dale became disabled, he lived at his residence on the Bryant Ranch.

Dale, 59, Piedmont, died Monday, March 28, 2016, at the Department of Veteran's Affairs, Fort Meade.

He is survived by two sisters, Ida Tryon and Mary (Ray) Baker; five brothers, Elmer Bryant, Roy Bryant, John Bryant, Paul Bryant, and David (Gracia) Bryant; many nieces and nephews; a very good friend, Bob Kinyon; and many other good friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Louis Bryant; one niece, Chelsey Bryant; and one great-niece, Vicky Evans.

A memorial service will be held Monday, April 4, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Kinkade Funeral Chapel with Father Bill Zandri officiating. Inurnment, with military honors, will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
