On Tuesday, March 16, 2021, Danny (Dan) Boschee, loving husband, father, and grandpa, passed away at the age of 65 at Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Dan was born on October 6, 1955 in Gettysburg, SD to Melvin and Florence (Job) Boschee.  He attended the Wyoming Technical Institute for auto body work and owned and operated Rapid Claims Service until he passed away.  On May 1, 1987, he married Debra Kaye Cheskey at Chapel in the Hills, in Rapid City, SD.  They raised one son, Scott Boschee.

Dan enjoyed spending time with his family, racing cars, flying airplanes and riding his motorcycle.  He loved to take his grandkids for rides on his motorcycle on warmer days.  In his younger years, Dan played guitar in a band.  He passed his love for music on to his son, Scott, who also plays the guitar like his Dad.  Dan was known for his quick wit, fun and kind spirit and love for his family.  He was a loving grandfather; you would often hear him bragging about all of his grandchildren.  They loved spending time with their grandpa.

Dan was preceded in death by his father, Melvin; his mother, Florence; two brothers, Duane and Don; and two grandsons, Hunter and Parker.  He is survived by his wife, Debra; his son, Scott (Jessica); stepchildren, Callie and Mitchell; grandchildren, Abigail, Christian, Aubriella, Jaxon, Willow, Quinton, Lucas, and Anson; brother, Joel; sisters, Mary Kay and Penny; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Dan was an amazing man and will be missed by so many.
