Darline Gerlach 73 of Rapid City passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at a local nursing home. A graveside service will be 10:00 am Monday May 2, 2011 at the Bear Butte Cemetery in Sturgis. Darline Dolores ( Davis) Gerlach, was born at home in Sturgis, SD to Wallace E. Davis & Kathryn Gladys (Gourley) Davis on May 22, 1937. She married Richard G. Gerlach October 18, 1958, and where privileged to adopt Monty, Rick, and Junal. After 11 years of marriage, we were thrilled at the birth of Audrey G. Gerlach. Family and friends please remember a special, and or good time we had together. "Thank you all for having been a special part in my Life" Darline Gerlach. Survivors include her children Monty Gerlach of San Antonia, TX, Rick Gerlach, Junal Bissonett , and Audrey Pooley all of Rapid City, 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Wallace & Kathryn (Gourley) Davis , and brothers Darold, and Donald Davis.
