SPEARFISH | David P. Caskey, 68, passed away Sunday, February 22, 2015 at the VA Black Hills Health Care System in Fort Meade. He served in the United States Navy from 1965 to 1968. His last major command was the USS Forrest Royal (DD872) operation. David is survived by an only daughter, Tamara Lal of Orlando, Florida. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
