David Allen Larsh, 62, of Hill City, SD, died July 7, 2015 at Fort Meade VA Hospital from complications of diabetes.

David was born March 29, 1953 in Burke, SD to John and Dorothy (Pejsa) Larsh. He graduated from Rapid City Central High School in 1971, serving in the U.S. Army from 1972-1975.

David was part owner of Andrea's Saw Shop in Hill City and had spent much of his life as a logger in the Black Hills.

Survivors include his mother, Dorothy Larsh, Rapid City; father, John "Casey" Larsh, Rapid City; sister, Linda Eddy, Rapid City and long-time friends, Bob Shaffner, Sturgis, Al Reimann, Rapid City and the "kid" Aaron Everett of Washington.

Private family graveside services will be held at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis.
