Debbie Lynn Hart, age 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 2, 2022, surrounded by loved ones at Monument Health Hospital. She was overcome by her 20-year battle with COPD.

Debbie was born on April 5, 1951, in Flint, Michigan to Chester and Mary Ellen Hatfield. Her Father, Chet, served as a tank commander in WWII, and her mom was a devoted wife and mother.

Besides spending time with her family and friends, Debbie had a passion for cooking, baking, acrylic painting, drawing, pastel paint, card games, animals, movies, and jigsaw puzzles. Debbie had a sweet and caring personality and was able to brighten your day with her smile and joyful laughter. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life.

Debbie is received in heaven by her mother and father, her younger sister, Pam; husband, Keith Hart; and son, Michael Anderson. In peaceful memories of a wonderful mother, she is survived by daughter, Tina; son, Joshua; and daughter, Brenda. Grandmother of Lyndsay, Tiffany, Schirin, Maximilian, Destiny, Alyssa, Brody, Presley, Gage, Danny and Andrew. Also, great grandmother to Logan, Audrey, Ophelia, Tyler, and Lennox.

Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life gathering on Friday, May 6 at 3:00pm at Hills View Evangelical Free Church located at 13776 Sturgis Rd, Piedmont, SD 57769. Flowers may be delivered to the church between the hours of 9:00 and 1:00.
