Debra Lynn Ness, 66, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, in Rapid City.

She was born in Sturgis, South Dakota on March 25, 1956, to Cecil and Delma (Walthall) Ness.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Karen Ellis; and brothers, Edward Ness and Ron Ness.

She is survived by her brother, Gary Ness; sisters, Viola Barry and Deliah Shoun; and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Black Hills Works for all the wonderful care they gave to Debra over the years.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 8, 2022, at Bear Butte Cemetery in Sturgis.
