Aberdeen - Deloris Ione Anderson, 78, Aberdeen, died Saturday, May 20, at her daughter's residence in Providence, Utah.
Burial at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
Deloris was born July 1, 1927, at Aberdeen, S.D., to Adolph and Clara (Christensen) Hobus. She attended Aberdeen Central High School.
On Feb. 2, 1946, she married Kenneth "Andy" Richard Anderson at Aberdeen. Together, they raised their family. She was a member of the Aberdeen community for most of her life and had only recently moved to Utah to live with her daughter.
Survivors include her four daughters, Joyce Morton, Providence, Utah, Gloria Anderson and her husband Andy, Aberdeen, S.D., Deb Anderson, Rapid City, S.D., Dawn Mailloux and her husband Mark, Melbourne, Fla.; one sister, Jeanette Wiseman and her husband Lawrence, Aberdeen; seven grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers, one daughter and her parents.
