Deloris Mae "Sis" Tiedemann, 86, Tioga, ND, passed away peacefully August 9, 2015, at Tioga Long Term Care Center.

Graveside services will be held Friday, August 14, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis. Family and friends may gather at Kinkade Funeral Chapel prior to leaving for the cemetery.

Deloris was born March 22, 1929, in Lead, SD. She married Billie J. Tiedemann in 1950. He preceded her in death in 2006. She and Bill raised their family in Tioga, ND, and Gillette, WY. They moved back to Tioga in 2005.

She was a devoted mother to Marla Iverson (deceased in 2009), Corby (Pat) Tiedemann and Coty (Rick) Johnson. She was a loving grandmother to Tyler Johnson, Tori Johnson, Ryan Thornberg, and Breanna Thornberg; and several great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Bonita (Don) Pulse; brother, Paul (Corliss) Waterland; and sister-in-law, Marge Waterland.

She loved cross stitch, embroidery, the Denver Broncos, and spending time at Waterland family reunions.

We will forever miss her sense of humor and her determined spirit.
