Delphine M. Wagner was born on June 25, 1943 in Buffalo, NY to John and Tillie (Aguglia) Fulciniti. She married William Harry Wagner on October 14, 1965 in Clarence, NY. They moved to Gillette, WY, where they made their home and raised their family.

Delphine was a loving mother and best friend and she loved her grandchildren. She also loved to gamble.

Delphine passed, surrounded by family, on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 in Deadwood, SD at the age of 77. We will miss you Mom!
