Obituary
Dennis was born, April 14, 1945 to Gerald and Emmaline Gray of Whitehall, WI. Dennis married Susan Amble on December 5, 1987. They raised 3 children together, David (Tanya) Amble of Fall Creek, Serena (Jeremy) Gray of Sturgis, SD, and Sadie Gray of Eau Claire. From previous relationship had children Lonnie (Miranda) of Stanley, Rick, Bill (Sara), Shawn (Clinton) all of Cadott, Dawn of Whitehall.
Dennis grew up in Altoona and Eau Claire and graduated from North High School in June 1963. Dennis proudly served in the US Navy from 1964-1966, aboard Ship USS Lookout. Dennis enjoyed fishing, had a passion for muscle cars and working on them, and doing carpentry work or remodeling homes. Dennis loved the adventure of seeing new places and meeting new people. He recently moved to Sturgis, SD to be cared for by his daughter and grandchildren.
Dennis is survived by his wife Susan, his 8 children, and many grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Barbara and 3 grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Fall Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 with Pastor Carlton Kangas. A visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. Condolences can be sent to 231 E. McKinley Ave., Fall Creek WI 54742.
