Rapid City | Dennis Edward Reiss, 69, passed away on March 2, 2016 at the Department of Veteran Affairs, Fort Meade. Dennis was born on November 11, 1946 to Nicholas and Anastasia Reiss in Chicago, Illinois. He was a retired truck driver. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War from 1963 to 1971. Dennis is survived by his sister, Diane. He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Services are scheduled for 11:00AM, Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Black Hills National Cemetery. Military honors will be conducted by the Sturgis Volunteer Honor Guard.
