Don was born to Donald and Marcylene (Nicholson) Boyles on February 14, 1957. He attended schools in Casper, WY, graduating from NCHS in 1975. He entered the Navy immediately after graduation. Following his honorable discharge, he attended Casper College and graduated in 1987. He was an electrician for 30 years in the coal mines and retired from Cloud Peak.

Donald Wayne Boyles, II, 62, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019, at Rapid City, SD.

Donald is survived by his wife, Sonya (Owen) Boyles, Rapid City; mother, Marcylene Boyles, Benton, KY; five daughters, Michelle Dayton, Marcylene Otto, Mary Granger, Shelbie Norman and Rebecca Panych; two sons, Michael Hardin and Joshua Panych; twelve grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Allan (Kathy) Boyles, Sheridan, WY, and Gerald Boyles of Murray, KY; two sisters, Teresa (Jim) Filbeck, Benton, KY, and Patricia (Dan) Goble, Fort Collins, CO; and many nieces and nephews whom he liked to keep in touch with on Facebook.

Preceding him in death were his father, Donald Boyles; grandparents, Walter and Grace (Kiker) Boyles, and John and Marie (Dillin) Nicholson.

Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel with Pastor Alan Boyles officiating. Inurnment, with military honors, will be at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis.
