NEWELL - Donald Ray Donahey, 83, Newell, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, at Sturgis Regional Senior Care.

Donald was born July 30, 1924 to William H. Donahey and Hazel F. Scotney Donahey. He served in the United States Marine Corps in WW II.

Survivors include his wife, Dolores Donahey, Newell; one daughter, Donna Wetz, Newell; one son, David Donahey, Capitol, Mont.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Sturgis, with the Rev. Arnold Kari officiating.

Burial will follow at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with military honors provided by the Sturgis Veterans Honor Guard
