Newcastle, WY | Donna Arnita Bell died peacefully at home in Newcastle Wyoming on the morning of August 2nd, 2014. Donna was born in Mesa, Arizona on May 3rd, 1948, the daughter of Francis and Lorene Stubbs. In 1970, she married David Lee Bell and raised a healthy, happy family. She was widowed February of 2008. Family and friends were Donna's passion and delight. While at work and in her free time, she spent cherished time with her children and those she loved. Donna is survived by her four children, Jeff Bell, Jason Bell, Lea Mitchell, and Sunny Chancy along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her family would like to thank all those that cared for her during her last months of illness. With the knowledge that God's timing is perfect and his love is unfathomable we know she is with our Heavenly Father. There will be a private family gathering at her home.
