Donovan Edward Boesem, 15, Newell, died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at the Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis with the family present.

Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 31, 2013 at Mountain View Cemetery in Rapid City with Pastor Bob Cole officiating.

A memorial has been established to NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness).

Donovan was born March 26, 1998 at Davis, California. He was adopted by Randell and Nora Boesem.

Donovan loved playing all sports and being with his siblings. He amazed all through his years and touched many lives.

Survivors include his parents, Randell and Nora Boesem, Newell; brothers, Vincent, Dontae, Jeremy, A.J.; sisters, Rachel, Michelle, Frannie, Kayleigh and Arianna, all of Newell; Maternal grand parents, J.D. and Barbara Mason, Rapid City; Paternal grandmother, Klara Boesem, Tyndall, MB, Canada.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and one sister, Justice.
