Dwayne Gene Niedens, 85, passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at Monument Health Hospice in Rapid City.

He was born in Hoisington, Kansas on April 9, 1935 to Ruben and Evelyn (Klein) Neidens.

Dwayne proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1954-1958.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Evelyn Neidens; brother, Clarence Neidens; and sister, Gladys Ericks-Reed.

Dwayne is survived by his nephews, Craig (Patti) Ericks, Curt (Patsy) Ericks, Clark (Joleen) Ericks, and Terry (Jan) Neidens; niece, Colette Jackson; and numerous great nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place at a later date in Hoisington, Kansas.
