Ella Mable "Midge" Howie-Darragh, 73, of New Underwood, SD, passed away February 27, 2017 at Meadowbrook Care Center, Rapid City, SD.
Midge was born in Pennsylvania on August 2, 1943 to James and Frances (Cushing) Howie.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy Trenary.
