Eugene Edward Larsen, 84, of Rapid City, passed away on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Kinkade Funeral Chapel. A funeral procession to Black Hills National Cemetery will follow and a committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m.
