Floyd Wayne Chapman, 84, Sturgis, died Tuesday, April 11, 2006, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. He served in the U.S. Army. Survivors include one son, Ford Chapman, Marco Island, Fla.; one daughter, Debra Chapman, Olathe, Kan.; and one granddaughter. His wife, Donna, preceded him in death. Committal services with military honors will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, April 13, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, with the Rev. Herbert B. Cleveland officiating. Friends may gather at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis before leaving for the cemetery.
