Francis "Caroline" Waterson, 86, of St. Onge, died Saturday, April 9, 2016, at the David M. Dorsett Health Care Facility in Spearfish.

Caroline was born in South Dakota on January 12, 1930 to Francis James and Laura (Rolando) McNeill.

Services will be 7 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at the Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis.

A memorial has been established to the St. Onge Community Hall.

Survivors include her devoted husband of 65 years, George; son, Oakley Waterson; and sister, Mary Jo Newcomb, of Northglenn, Colo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and four sisters, Margaret Tusa, Colleen Larive, Geri Kittleson, and Laura Eberhard.
