Frank was born August 12, 1951, in Tipperary, Ireland, at Sean Ross Crea Abbey. He was adopted by Judge J. Casey Walsh of St. Louis, MO. Frank became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 1957. He grew up in St. Louis, and upon graduation, enlisted in the United States Marine Corp. Frank proudly served his country in the Vietnam War. He completed multiple tours of duty in Korea. Frank retired from his military career in 1989.

Frank was a lifetime member of the Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club. Family and brotherhood defined his character.

Francis Just Frank Parker Walsh, 64, Piedmont, SD, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2016, surrounded by family & special friends at the VA Black Hills Healthcare System, Ft. Meade, SD.

He is lovingly survived by his wife, Jane Walsh; daughter, Karma (Jamie) Vollmer; granddaughters, Baylee "Boo" Vollmer (Carl Gifford) & Rian "Ri" Vollmer; adopted son, Aaron (Sami) Magnus; sons, Casey Walsh & Brian Walsh; daughters, Kimberly Walsh & Lisa Orso; and numerous treasured friends.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at Kinkade Funeral Chapel in Sturgis, SD, with an inurnment at Black Hills National Cemetery with military honors.
