Francis 96, Rapid City, SD, passed away on February 14, 2014 at the Dept of Veterans Affairs VA Hospital, Fort Meade, SD.
Francis was born in Iowa to James E. and Susan B. (Steichen) Selby on October 16, 1917. He served in the US Army during WW 2 and in inurned at Black Hills National Cemetery, Sturgis, SD.
