Obituary
Franklin Jay Wallahan, 53, of Black Hawk, SD, died unexpectedly at his home on April 23, 2018.
Franklin was born in South Dakota to Franklin and Mary Jane (Gooden) Wallahan.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Wallahan Barber. He is survived by his mother, Mary Jane Wallahan.
