Gail L. Aga, 72, of Sturgis, SD, passed away in her home with her family by her side on January 13, 2023.

She was born at St. Joseph's hospital in Deadwood, SD, on August 29, 1950, to Cecil and Ida (Simon) Albers. Gail was graduated from Sturgis High School and married her high school sweetheart, John Aga, and they started a family.

Gail loved her family above all else and enjoyed spending time with her many grandchildren.

She liked to knit, fish, camp, hunt, and was a Vikings Football team fan. Her vegetable and flower gardens were renowned.  She was a master gardener.

Gail is survived by her husband, John; her children, Cindy Aga, Heidi Aga, Tom (Lindsey) Aga, and Michael Aga; her brother, Roger Albers; and her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil Albers, and Ida Albers Brown.
